1. Account Eligibility

2. Profile Accuracy

Your name, education, experience, skills, certifications, images, contact details, and all profile content must be true, current, and not misleading. Impersonation, fake qualifications, false work history, and copied identities are strictly prohibited.

3. Live And Unlive Profiles

Frog CV allows profiles to be turned live or kept private depending on your account status, plan access, and platform rules. The platform may unlive, hide, limit, or remove any profile that violates policy, uses fake information, causes harm, or creates legal or security risk.

4. Illegal Activities

You must not use Frog CV for fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, hacking attempts, spam, malware distribution, deceptive job activity, money laundering, payment abuse, or any unlawful act. Any suspected illegal activity may result in account suspension, data review, removal of content, and reporting to relevant authorities if required.

5. Fake Profiles And Misleading Content

Fake profiles, duplicate profiles, fake achievements, edited screenshots, fake verification claims, or any attempt to deceive visitors, employers, or admins are serious violations. Such accounts may be blocked immediately without warning.

6. Payment Proof And Subscription Requests

If you submit a subscription or verification payment request, the screenshot, transaction code, and other payment details must be genuine. Fake payment proof, manipulated screenshots, reused transaction codes, or fraudulent claims may lead to rejection, permanent blocking, and removal of all plan benefits.

7. Content Standards

You must not upload or publish hateful, abusive, pornographic, threatening, defamatory, violent, infringing, or otherwise harmful material. You must also not upload executable or dangerous files or try to exploit the site through forms, uploads, scripts, or links.

8. Site Security And Abuse

You must not attempt to test, scan, bypass, overload, reverse engineer, attack, or damage the site, its data, its users, or its servers. Automated abuse, credential attacks, scraping beyond normal browsing, and attempts to gain unauthorized access are forbidden.

9. Admin Rights

Frog CV administrators may review profiles, payment submissions, blog content, contact messages, and platform activity to protect the site and its users. Admins may verify, unverify, block, unblock, approve, reject, suspend, or remove content and accounts when needed.

10. Account Suspension Or Termination

We may suspend, block, restrict, or permanently delete access for any user who violates these terms, harms the platform, submits fake payment proof, creates fake profiles, or engages in illegal or abusive behavior. Suspended users may lose live access, verification, and account privileges.

11. User Responsibility

You remain fully responsible for your profile content, uploaded files, links, statements, and any public or private use of your account. You must ensure that your content does not violate law, third-party rights, or platform rules.

12. Platform Availability

We may update, improve, pause, restrict, or remove any feature, plan, page, or functionality of Frog CV at any time to improve service quality, business rules, security, or legal compliance.

13. Limitation Of Liability

Frog CV is provided as an online CV platform. While we work to keep the service secure and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent data availability, or suitability for every purpose. Users should keep their own copies of important profile and CV information.

14. Changes To These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Frog CV after updates means you accept the revised terms.
